NEW! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We'll also refund you the return shipping costs and the cost of your returned item(s) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We do not issue refunds if the incorrect size was ordered by the customer, only if you received an incorrect size from us. You should expect to receive your refund once your package is received and processed. This time period includes:
- Return Shipping time (5 to 10 business days)
- Processing your return (1 to 3 business days)
- Your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us first, please describe your issue and provide pictures if needed. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Once an order is placed, you the customer have 24 hrs to cancel your order for a full refund. Simply reply to your order confirmation to cancel and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been sent to your account. Refunds will take about 3 - 5 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank processing time.
No orders can be cancelled after 24 hrs.
We ship worldwide from both Canada and the USA!
Orders for Canadian customers normally ship within 5-10 business days of the order is placed. Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days.
All orders shipped domestically within Canada will have a tracking number that can be tracked with Canada Post.
Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped within the USA.
Currently, US and international orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from within the USA.
All orders shipped domestically within the US will have a tracking number that can be tracked with USPS.
International orders generally take 10-15 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country
International or wholesale orders may be subject to customs fees or duties of your country. Unfortunately, Northern Dreams Arts & Gifts does not cover these fees so please contact us if you have concerns regarding your order.
International orders will not have a tracking number due to the fact that they are untraceable once they leave the USA.
